A little about me
My journey into psychology began somewhat unexpectedly, with Sherlock Holmes. I was fascinated by his ability to look beyond what was immediately visible, piece together different parts of a story, and understand what might be happening beneath the surface. That curiosity eventually led me to psychology, where I found a language for emotions and experiences I had struggled to put into words myself. It shaped my desire to create for others the feeling of being understood that I once wished for.
I believe there is always more to a person than the difficulties that bring them to therapy. My approach is warm and collaborative, drawing from person-centered and acceptance-based approaches, with a focus on emotional regulation and creative techniques when words feel difficult. I hope to create an affirming, non-judgmental space where identity and lived experiences can be explored openly. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationships, identity, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to have all the answers; you can simply come as you are.

Beyond the practitioner role
Outside of therapy, you’ll most likely find me with a cup of coffee in hand, a book nearby, or completely immersed with BTS and anime. I’ve always loved anything creative, from drawing and painting to arts and crafts, and I’m usually happiest when I’m making something with my hands.
I’m also a big fan of thrillers and mysteries, which may explain my lifelong fascination with Sherlock Holmes! Reading, music, and creativity are some of the ways I unwind, stay grounded, and reconnect with myself, things I value both in my everyday life and in the way I work with others.
