Addiction and behaviour change support provide a supportive space to explore the emotional, psychological, and behavioural patterns connected to substance use, habits, and coping behaviours with the guidance of a trained health psychologist.

Many people seek support when behaviours begin affecting their wellbeing or daily life, but this work can also be a space for reflection, awareness, and meaningful long-term change.
