People come to therapy for many reasons, including stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, work-related concerns, life transitions, identity exploration, grief, or simply wanting a space to understand themselves better. You don’t need to be in crisis to seek support.

No. You don’t need a diagnosis to start therapy. Therapy can be helpful for stress, relationship difficulties, feeling stuck, self-doubt, life transitions, or when you’re simply trying to make sense of things.

Therapy focuses on emotional wellbeing, mental health concerns, and psychological patterns. It may explore past and present experiences, emotions, and relationships, and is provided by trained mental health professionals.
Coaching is more future-focused and goal-oriented, supporting clarity and action-taking, but it does not address mental health conditions or provide psychological treatment.
At Lucent Wellbeing, we provide therapy and psychological support. If coaching is more suitable, we can guide you accordingly.
