A little about me
I’m drawn to the parts of us that don’t always have words yet — like feelings held in the body, or patterns that keep repeating even when we’re trying our best to change. This can look like a sense of lostness or restlessness that shows up at night, or the same relationship cycle playing out repeatedly. I believe that when we intentionally pay attention to our inner world with curiosity instead of judgment, you start to understand what you truly need to feel more settled, secure, and safe within yourself.
Coming from a collectivistic background, I also see many struggles as relational. In our therapy sessions, our relationship becomes a safe base to explore each of you cope, protect and reach for connection. With clarity and practice, we can build new ways of connecting and showing up, whether you’re working on your relationship with yourself, your partner, your family, or supporting your child through their world. If feeling more attuned, grounded and connected is what you are looking for, therapy can be a place to start.

Beyond the practitioner role
I love being a city girl — being surrounded by endless food options, different workout classes, and new things to explore!
When I’m not working, my love for adventure often leads me to try new experiences — from joining experiential workshops, to exploring different corners of KL and the rich cultural diversity Malaysia has to offer, or checking out new matcha and food spots (especially Japanese and Spanish cuisine). And of course, I enjoy all of this while connecting and creating meaningful moments with my favourite people.
A good Netflix thriller series and reality dating show are also high on my list of favourite downtime.
