What we do
We are a modern mental wellbeing space supporting individuals, teams, and organisations - grounded in the belief that wellbeing is shaped by how we understand ourselves, the relationships we nurture, and the environments we work in.
Lucent Wellbeing brings together in-person and online psychological care, therapy and counselling from RM 85, as well as workplace wellbeing expertise.
Our Approach and Philosophy
01
Thoughtful Care
Every individual and organisation brings unique experiences, challenges, and contexts. Our work begins with listening carefully and understanding what matters most.
02
Evidence-Informed Practice
Our practitioners draw from established psychological approaches and research-informed methods to support meaningful and sustainable change.
03
Integrated Wellbeing
We recognise that mental wellbeing is connected to many parts of life — relationships, work, identity, and personal growth. Our approach reflects this broader understanding.
04
Ethical Care Commitment
We recognise that seeking psychological support involves vulnerability and trust.
Our practitioners follow professional ethical standards including confidentiality and respect for individual autonomy.
Modern mental wellbeing support
We view wellbeing as a dynamic interaction between different aspects of human experience - guided by the Lucent Wellbeing Framework, which recognises that sustainable wellbeing emerges from the interaction between four key dimensions.
Our work therefore spans both personal psychological care and broader conversations about workplace culture and leadership.
Psychological Wellbeing
The ability to understand and regulate thoughts, emotions, and internal experiences.
This includes emotional resilience, self-awareness, and psychological flexibility.
Relational Wellbeing
Human beings are deeply shaped by the quality of their relationships.
Relational wellbeing involves safety, communication, trust, emotional connection, and the ability to navigate interpersonal dynamics.
Purpose and Identity
Many individuals struggle not only with stress or anxiety, but also with deeper questions of meaning, direction, and identity.
This dimension explores purpose, values, and the ways individuals relate to their work and life paths.
Environmental and Workplace
Workplace culture, leadership dynamics, and organisational systems can either support or undermine wellbeing.
Lucent Wellbeing works with individuals and organisations to better understand how these environments shape psychological health.
