A little about me

I became a counselor because I believe no one should have to carry their heaviest burdens in silence. We all hit seasons where the path forward feels blurred, and my goal is to provide a soft landing spot where you can set those burdens down without judgment.

My approach is a blend of deep, heart-centered listening and practical steps tailored to your unique rhythm; I’m not here to just "fix" things, but to walk alongside you as you rediscover your own inner strength.

Whether you are navigating a major life shift, untangling anxiety, or simply feeling "stuck," I want you to know that your messiest chapters are welcome here.

Therapy with me is a collaborative, brave space where your story is honored and your growth is the priority. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start—you just have to show up as you are.

Beyond the practitioner role

Outside of therapy, I do enjoy slow mornings with coffee. I’m a firm believer that there is something deeply therapeutic about the rhythm of baking—the patience it requires and the simple joy of creating something from scratch.

To unwind, I love revisiting the warmth of old-school sitcoms; they’re my go-to for a good laugh and a sense of comfort.

These quiet, intentional moments recharge my soul and remind me of the importance of finding magic in the ordinary, a perspective I bring into every session I share with my clients.
