Eating disorder and disordered eating support provide a supportive space to explore the emotional, behavioural, and psychological patterns connected to food, eating, and self-image with the guidance of a trained health psychologist.

Many people seek support when eating behaviours feel distressing or overwhelming, but this work can also be a space for reflection, healing, and developing a healthier relationship with yourself over time.
