A little about me
As a former engineer turned counsellor, I understand the pressures that come with high-performance environments and the expectation to keep going, even when things feel overwhelming. I also recognise how disorienting life transitions can be, even when they appear positive from the outside. My work often focuses on supporting people who feel stuck, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from their own needs.
I aim to offer a steady and respectful space where you can pause, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust. My approach is client-centered, meaning you will be met with empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. I believe you are the expert on your own life, even when things feel uncertain.
Together, we will explore what matters most to you, including your values, goals, and patterns that may no longer serve you. I take a practical and grounded approach, balancing emotional insight with realistic steps that support meaningful change in your daily life.

Beyond the practitioner role
Nature offers a quiet refuge where my problems fade.
Surrounded by towering trees and rugged trails, I feel grounded. Hiking these paths reminds me how small I am in this vast universe, bringing a profound sense of calm and a deep, refreshing surge of energy.
