A little about me

I am trained in health psychology, a field that explores how biological, psychological and social factors shape health and wellbeing. I was drawn to this work by a strong interest in understanding how everyday habits, stress and life experiences influence both mental and physical health, and how the right support can help people make meaningful, lasting changes.

My approach is structured yet warm and collaborative. I use a biopsychosocial perspective to understand your unique situation, and we begin by addressing your immediate concerns so you can feel better and more supported early on. From there, we gently explore any underlying factors at a pace that feels right for you. I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to guide our work.

I aim to create a safe, respectful space where you feel heard, supported and empowered to live a healthier, more balanced life.

Beyond the practitioner role

Outside of my professional role, I place strong value on building a healthy and compassionate relationship with myself.

I believe that how we relate to ourselves shapes how we live, cope and connect with others. I make space for rest, reflection and small, meaningful moments, whether that’s slowing down, spending time outdoors, or simply checking in with how I feel.

This ongoing personal practice helps me stay grounded and brings authenticity, empathy and balance into the work I do with my clients.
