Lucent Wellbeing Collective is a professional ecosystem designed for therapists, counsellors, psychologists, psychotherapists, coaches, allied health professionals, and wellbeing practitioners. In addition to providing professional practice spaces to build and grow your practice, we also support practitioners through community, professional networking, development, collaboration, visibility, and growth opportunities.

No, you don’t have to be. Practitioners can request to join the group chat by clicking here without purchasing any packages and without any fee.
As a basic screening, we will ask for your relevant license and/or registration number (think KBPA, MAHPC, etc), and approve your request to join upon verification.

Yes, you become a member of the Collective and will receive all updates regarding the Collective’s initiatives.

We will share any important announcements, events, training opportunities, supervision updates, community initiatives, and other relevant information in the group chat but never spams.

No, it is not mandatory.
Practitioners are welcome to participate in all the events organised by the Collective. Whenever applicable, access to the events are available at prevailing rates, whereas special rates are available to practitioners with active package.

No, you don’t have to be. Practitioners may book rooms through our Casual Room Rental option without becoming a member.

The space is intended for therapists, counsellors, psychologists, psychotherapists, coaches, allied health professionals, and other appropriate and credentialed wellbeing professionals. All registrations are reviewed to ensure appropriate use of the space and alignment with the purpose of the Lucent Wellbeing Collective.

Yes. Clients may wait in the designated waiting area before their session.

Water is available. Practitioners are responsible for cleaning and returning any used cups, mugs, or utensils to the designated storage area after use.

Bookings may be rescheduled without penalty when at least 24 hours' notice before the booking time is provided.
Rescheduled bookings must be utilised within 14 calendar days of the original booking date and remain subject to room availability.

Packages provide discounted room rates for practitioners who anticipate more regular room usage while maintaining flexibility without a recurring membership commitment.

No. Unused package hours expire at the end of the validity period and do not roll over.

Once package hours have been fully utilised, practitioners may purchase a new package, upgrade to a membership option, or opt for Casual Room Rental.
