A little about me
I have always been drawn to understanding human behaviour, emotional resilience, and the ways people make meaning of difficult life experiences. My journey into psychology has been shaped not only by academic training in counselling psychology and research, but also by real-world experiences working with individuals facing trauma, anxiety, stress, emotional burnout, crisis situations, and life transitions.
My approach is compassionate, psychologically informed, and collaborative. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported without judgement. I aim to create a space where clients can safely explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns while developing greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and practical coping strategies.
Alongside meaningful work, I value evidence-based practice, cultural sensitivity, and holistic wellbeing. I want clients to know that coaching is not about weakness or “fixing” someone, it is about growth, clarity, healing, and creating a more fulfilling and authentic life.

Beyond the practitioner role
Outside of my professional role, I enjoy travelling, playing pool, watching movies, and exploring different cultures and perspectives.
I value meaningful conversations, self-reflection, creativity, and continuous personal growth. I am passionate about psychology, human behaviour, and learning through both research and real-life experiences. I also enjoy podcasts, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.
These interests help me stay grounded, curious, and connected, which naturally influences the empathy and authenticity I bring into my work with clients.
