I believe that even our most difficult thoughts and feelings are not wrong; they are part of our human experience. Rather than fighting against them or judging ourselves for having them, I believe we can learn to understand them with greater compassion while choosing how we want to move forward.
As a counsellor, I aim to create a safe, genuine, and non-judgmental space where you can show up as you are, without needing to hide your struggles or have all the answers. I value understanding your experiences from your perspective and working alongside you to discover what truly matters to you.
My approach focuses on helping you make peace with what you cannot always control, reconnect with your values, and recognise that difficult emotions do not have to prevent you from living a meaningful life. You do not need to feel completely ready or have everything figured out before seeking support. We can begin wherever you are, at your own pace, one step at a time.
Outside of my work, I enjoy staying active through exercise and working out, travelling to discover new places, and spending time socialising with others. I have always been curious about people, what makes us who we are, and how each of us sees the world differently.
I genuinely enjoy meeting people, listening to their stories, and discovering perspectives that may be different from my own. For me, meaningful connections often begin with simple conversations and a willingness to understand one another. I believe this curiosity is also a part of who I am as a person, not just as a counsellor.
