My path to counselling hasn’t been a straight line. Before becoming a counsellor, I worked in digital marketing, HR, finance, translation, and tutoring. These experiences shaped how I understand the different ways people navigate work, relationships, expectations, and change.

I mainly draw on Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, alongside experiential approaches such as metaphoric cards, sand tray, and drawing - especially when words alone don’t quite capture what we’re experiencing.

Having grown up across different cultural and linguistic contexts, I value the uniqueness of each person’s story. My goal is to offer a space where you can feel heard without judgment, take things at your own pace, and explore what might be possible from where you are now.

Outside of counselling, I’m usually either getting absorbed in a fictional world or making something. I enjoy all sorts of fiction (e.g. movies, anime, TV shows, and books) as well as drawing, crocheting, and sewing.

I have, admittedly, collected rather too many hobbies over the years, but I think that’s okay. I enjoy different things that spark my curiosity and creativity, which also inspires me to better support my clients.
