I’ve always been curious about how our experiences shape the way we see ourselves, the people around us, and the world we live in. What started as a simple question of “Why do we think and feel the way we do?” eventually grew into my decision to pursue psychology and, later, clinical psychology.

Through my studies and experiences working with others, I’ve come to appreciate that there is rarely a simple explanation for why we are the way we are. Our experiences, relationships, and environments can shape us in ways we may not always realise.

I hope to create a space where people feel comfortable being themselves, while having the opportunity to slow down and make sense of what they’re going through. I see therapy as a collaborative process, where understanding ourselves can be the first step towards meaningful change.

I’m someone who enjoys staying active and finding little ways to slow down. Running has become a big part of my life, whether I’m training for a race or simply going out for a run to clear my head.

I also love listening to music, reading, and travelling whenever I get the chance. I value spending time with the people I care about, and I enjoy meaningful conversations as much as I appreciate quiet time to myself.
